5.  Log into a server within your SharePoint farm as a member of the Local Administrators group of
                       the local computer and a member of the Farm Administrators of your SharePoint farm.
                   6.  Navigate to Start > All Programs > Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Products.

                   7.  Right-click on SharePoint 2013 Management Shell and select Run as administrator.
                   8.  In the Administrator: SharePoint 2013 Management Shell command line interface, enter and
                       run the following command to create a PowerPoint Automation Service Application:

                       New-SPPowerPointConversionServiceApplication -Name "PowerPoint Automation
                       Service Application" -ApplicationPool "Application Pool Name"

                          •  -Name – Specifies the name of PowerPoint Automation Service Application you want to
                              create.

                          •  -ApplicationPool – Specifies an application pool for the PowerPoint Automation Service
                              Application to be created. You can either specify an existing application pool or create a
                              new one.

                       After the command is successfully executed, the PowerPoint Automation Service Application is
                       created.


                   9.  Enter and run the following command to create an application proxy for the newly created
                       PowerPoint Automation Service Application and add the proxy to the default application proxy
                       group of your SharePoint farm:

                       New-SPPowerPointConversionServiceApplicationProxy -Name "PowerPoint Automation
                       Service Application Proxy" -ServiceApplication "PowerPoint Automation Service
                       Application" –AddtoDefaultGroup

                          •  -Name – Specifies the name of the PowerPoint Automation Service Application Proxy
                              you want to create.
                          •  -ServiceApplication – Specifies the name of the PowerPoint Automation Service
                              Application you created in step 8.

                       After the command is successfully executed, the PowerPoint Automation Service Application
                       Proxy is created and added to the default application proxy group.

                   10. Enter and run the iisreset command to restart the Internet Information Services (IIS).
                   11. To check the status of the newly created PowerPoint Automation Service Application and its
                       proxy, go to the Central Administration interface of your SharePoint farm, and navigate to
