Activating the HTC Watermark Retention Farm Feature
After the APPSSP2013HTCWatermark.wsp solution is deployed to Web applications in your SharePoint
farm, the following features are added to the Central Administration of the SharePoint farm:
• Site feature of the Central Administration site: General HTC Watermark Settings
• Farm feature: HTC Watermark Retention
After the APPSSP2013HTCWatermark.wsp solution is deployed to the farm, the General HTC
Watermark Settings feature is automatically activated in the Central Administration site. You can find
this feature by navigating to Settings ( ) > Site Settings > Mange site features of the Central
Administration site.
Complete the steps below to manually activate the HTC Watermark Retention farm feature:
1. Navigate to Central Administration > System Settings > Manage farm features. The Mange
Farm Features interface appears.
2. Click the Activate button next to the HTC Watermark Retention feature to activate it.
