Note the following:

 Only the picture in GIF/PNG/JPEG/JPG format can be used as
watermark.
 You must ensure the width or length of the selected picture does not
exceed the width or length of any PowerPoint slides to which you want
to add watermarks. Otherwise, this picture cannot be properly added to
PowerPoint slides as watermark.

• Use the current logon user’s login name as watermark – To use the current logon
user’s login name as watermark, select this option.
3. If you select Use text as watermark or Use the current logon user’s login name as watermark in
the previous step, the default font of the watermark text is Calibri and the default size is 13pt.
To customize the watermark text’s font and size, select the desired font and size from the Select
the watermark text font and Select the watermark text font size drop-down lists.

4. Click Save to save the configurations.
*Note: If you make modifications to the previous General Watermark Settings, the modifications will
take effect after the next HTC Watermark Retention Timer Job is finished. To view the status of this
timer job, navigate to Central Administration > Monitoring > Check job status > HTC Watermark
Retention Timer Job.
