THE EGO Ivy Informer

EGO’s Target IV Vice Chairman, Soror Brenda Chunn along with Target Leaders, Sorors LaDonna
McCann and Natalie Steele and Target Members worked several months to restore and make the
playground a safe place for children to play. Their efforts included power washing, cleanup on the
grounds, putting down weed liner and mulch, repairing and painting benches, planting flowers and
planting a vegetable garden. Twenty-five individuals, organizations and business collaborated and/or
made contributions to the playground restoration.

Meanwhile in Orange County, California, the Mu Epsilon Omega Chapter hosted its 1908 Playground

Community Impact Day led by Vice-Chairman, Soror Lauren
Felton, the daughter of EGO’s Target IV Vice-Chairman,
Soror Brenda Chunn! Mu Epsilon Omega renewed the youth

recreation room at the Second Baptist Church in Santa Ana,
California.

Congratulations to all Sorors, friends and family who made

the launch of this new national initiative so successful

Mother Daughter Team in our communities!
