The following was agreed in terms of future EM Forum cadence:
1. A call once in two months to review progress on masterplan.
• Area Presidents to attend, so we can have decision making.
2. EM forum for next year to be a 2 day event held in an Emerging Market
• Broaden participation very selectively for functional resources as needed
