Choco Peanut Butter Streusel Buns
For the streusel topping: Yield: 36
For the dough: 6 c bread flour
4 c all purpose flour 4 ½ c milk powder
4 c bread flour 4 ½ c butter
2 tbsp yeast 7 c sugar
1 tbsp bread improver Combine sugar, butter, milk
1 tbsp baking powder powder and bread flour.
1 cup sugar Mix well till crumbly.
¾ tbsp salt For the egg white mixture:
¼ c warm milk 6 XL egg whites
1 cups milk ½ c evaporated milk
8 XL eggs yolks Filling
1/ tbsp vanilla 4 c butter
1 ½ c butter 1 cup condensed milk
yellow food color (optional) 1 cup peanut butter
flour for dusting 3 c bread flour
1 c chocolate powder
1 c ground toasted peanuts
1 ¾ c sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
Combine peanut butter, bread
flour, cocoa powder, sugar,
butter and toasted peanuts till
well blended.
