ACHIEVEMENTS





                             DDS initiated the following measures to help prevent/mitigate
                           the potential introduction and spread of COVID-19 at DDS facilities

                      All in-person services were provided by an efficient “appointment mostly” system from July 30, 2020
                        to April 12, 2021 when it was deemed safe to resume allowing customers back into our centers.
                       This system helped reduce calls to the Contact Center and allowed our centers to more effectively
                       manage limited staff due to emergency absences; customer walk-ins were worked in as needed.

                           Contactless road testing was created to protect both our team members and customers;
                       the road test is conducted on DDS property with the driver examiner providing instructions outside
                        of the vehicle. By August 1st, driver examiners returned to riding with the applicant in the vehicle
