Alisha Dunlap – Patient Registrar

Since joining our team in October of last year, Alisha has consistently performed at a very high
level. More times than not, Alisha has made the 100% Perfect Call club and the 90% Club for her
Audited and Monitored calls. While this is an excellent achievement in its own right, the thing that
really makes Alisha stand out as a Star Performer is the comments she receives from patients.

On numerous occasions, patients have sought out Donna Grover’s contact information just for the
opportunity to call her and inform her of the wonderful experience they had while scheduling their
appointment. Most patients comment on Alisha’s professionalism, pleasant demeanor, and wonderful
customer service. Some patients take it a step further and comment on her efficiency while others
comment on her patience.

Alisha’s ability to provide such a consistent level of service to a wide range of customers helps to
demonstrate her ability to adapt to the specific needs of each person she encounters. Perhaps this is
why a recent customer commented, “Alisha is polite and special. I have made a lot of appointments
over my time and I wish they were more like here.”
