2019 Johns Hopkins Employee Engagement Survey
The 2019 Johns Hopkins Employee Engagement Survey will take place Monday,
March 4, through Sunday, March 24. Research shows that organizations whose
employees feel vested in their jobs experience higher productivity, better business
outcomes, and improved patient satisfaction and safety. More importantly, employees
are happier and more content. This is why The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Health
System are so dedicated to building an engaged workforce.
We are aiming for high participation across the organization so that we can take
the necessary steps to continue to improve our workplace environment and increase
engagement. Take the survey and share your opinion about your workplace
environment. Then join your manager and colleagues in a conversation to build a
better Johns Hopkins that is powered by engagement.
This year, the survey consists of the core “Q12” questions and should only take 3 to
5 minutes to complete. Employees with email addresses receive an email invitation
with instructions to take the survey. Because we are using The Gallup Organization as
our third party vendor, we can assure you that your results will remain confidential.
