“We’ll demonstrate another interaction, this time using our web chat widget. The widget is
designed to be easy to embed on any web site, with most of the customizations such as display
options and a standard greeting (seen here) handled by the ​Engage​ administrator.

As the customer is new to Grand Travel, their identity is unknown yet. As they engage with an
agent, they will have an opportunity to update the prospective customer’s information so that
they can be identified in the future.”

about some of your packages.”
