Customer Identification
“Now that the agent saved the customer information, they are no longer anonymous and they
can continue messaging with the customer knowing their name and any other information they
have provided.
This now also gives the agent the opportunity to check and see, now that they have successfully
identified the customer, whether that customer has any other known identities.”
Action: Select the Icon
Selecting the Identities icon will present the identities screen. There should be a match with
several other identities based on the customer information that was saved.
