                            Part C: Information Relating to the Safety Management System  Date      Aug 2019


                   •  To review the Safety & Health Policy and  make recommendations  for
                       improvements and upgrades;
                   •  Participate in inspections at places of employment concerning the safety and
                       health of workers every three (3) months;
                   •  Investigate accidents to identify the causes as soon as possible;
                   •  Make recommendations for the establishment and enforcement of safety and
                       health policies and practices;
                   •  Participate in the identification  of  hazards to safety and  health in places  of
                       employment and recommend means of controlling these hazards;
                   •  Advice  on  and promote  safety,  health  and environment programme for the
                       education and information of the employer and employees;
                   •  Receive, consider and where necessary, investigate complaints of safety and
                       health of  employees at work places. Propose recommendations  to the
                       employer where necessary;

                   •  Maintain records regarding the complaints  received and the resolutions  to
                       those complaints; and
                   •  To advise on the appropriate and adequacy of the rules and regulations on
                       safety and health matters proposed by the Management.

               The Main Safety and Health committee members consist of:
                   •  Chairman (Head of HSE Department);
                   •  Secretary (Head of Safety & Health Department);
                   •  Management representatives (Head of all Department); and
                   •  Employee representatives (Appointed employees from each department and
                       worksite).
