141. All cases of whatever nature connected with one estate are to be kept together. Arrangement

142. The record-keeper should examine each working day the contents of one bundle to Comparison

As each bundle is examined, it should be plainly marked, initialled and dated outside
by the record-keeper. Opportunity should then be taken to see that all B and C papers
have been destroyed in due time, and omissions of this nature, as well as the fact that
any papers are missing, should be reported to the Deputy Collector in charge of the
record-room.
143. The sanction of Government should be specially obtained whenever Register 41 is Register 41
