Trump's Economic Era

negative connotations because it suggests that there is
something evil, wrong, or immoral about a perceived
favored group, such as white males of European heri-
tage, standing up for their beliefs. Multiculturalists use
the term as a form of oppression, a weapon of social
control that encourages one group to subordinate their
interests to the interests of other groups under the threat
of being accused of a hate crime.

Buzzfeed, a leading digital media company,
valued at $1.5 billion, published an article blaming
white people for ruining America. The Root, an online
media company, owned by Univision with about 8
million visitors a month, has published several articles
accusing white privilege of a multitude of sins. In other
words, multiculturalists believe that racism against
white people can solve the problem of racism. Because
multiculturalists assert that white people have histori-
cally dominated other groups of people, white people
must be suppressed to equalize the different groups.

                 HATE SPEECH LAWS & CENSORSHIP
Canada’s hate speech laws cover any public
communication that promotes hatred by gender identity
or gender expression. These laws make it illegal to use
the wrong gender pronouns when addressing people,
and guilty persons can be fined and forced to attend
anti-bias training programs. There is no universal
agreement on what constitutes hate speech, and there-
fore interpretation is left to the ruling authority in each
case. Censorship and the collapse of free speech can be
about protecting the monopoly of globalization.
