reason for the destruction, or at least the removal from
public view, of historical statues. Cultural symbols
which symbolize an ethnic culture, which some people
construe as being prejudice and racists, should be
banned to neutralize the environment. Because the
white race has dominated others, symbols of the white
race are considered evil. The United Nations does not
use the word “ethnocide” but uses the term “cultural
genocide.”
The multicultural model departs from the tradi-
tional view of a country as a nation-state whereby the
state or government exists to serve its nation or people.
The Polish, Hungarians, the Czech Republic, and the
Japanese understand that civilization is a pact between
the dead, the living, and the unborn. However, lawmak-
ers of most Western European countries have trans-
formed themselves from a nation-state to a multicultural
model favoring no particular people. Multiculturalism
can lead to a breakdown of law and order and ethnocide
when immigrants have little respect for national laws
and law enforcement authorities cannot enforce the law.

Algerian leader Houari Boumédienne once stated
in a speech at the UN in 1974 that,

“One day, millions of men will
leave the Southern Hemisphere to go to
the Northern Hemisphere. And they will
not go there as friends. Because they
will go there to conquer it. And they will
conquer it with their sons. The wombs of
our women will give us victory.”
