The end the World War II Ho-Chi-Minh proclaimed for
Vietnam independence on September 2, 1945, like the
Democratic Republic. His cabinet included some National
leadership, and the majority of this new government were
communist leaders. They were looking for the United States for
support, but American politicians and capitalists did not pay
attention to Vietnam, because it was a small underdevelopment
            nation.

French colonials took the opportunity of American
government’s confusion to the political in the world and were
busy on the aid for Japan, France and British after the war. They
deployed their militarist back in Vietnam with the help of
British, Indian and Japanese force to regain South Vietnam in
fall 1945 by General Philippe LeClerc.

The First Vietnam war started on November 23, 1946,
between French militarist and Vietnamese communist. It was
beginning by French Air Force, and warships bombarded the
port Haiphong and some cities in North Vietnam for the few
weeks. They killed at least over ten thousand civilian people,
and both sides lost few thousand soldiers lives on the battles.

The disaster of port Haiphong and cities were growing in
mind of Vietnamese people as well as the Vietnam history
resistance for China Empire with a thousand years of slavery.
Therefore more Vietnam National groups joined with the
Communist party to seek independence for the country and
hoped the peace would come after the revolution in their
contributions. The people were listening to the call for reunite of
Ho-Chi-Minh and supported for either strong party, who stood
by the people to fight with French militarist until the end the
            first Vietnam war.

Thus Ho-Chi-Minh advanced the poor to promote them as
the struggling class in the Vietnam society that he learned from
Communist Soviet. He promised the bright future programs as
