force and French Legionnaires were free to attack Vietminh, and
they were moving by truck and DC-47 airplanes onto the hot
spot battles.

On the Vietminh side, Communist party had dissolved at
later 1945 after Ho-Chi-Minh had publicized his words in Hanoi
at Ba-Dinh garden. In 1949 Vietminh troops controlled almost
the countryside after Mao-Tse-Tung was overwhelming China
and Chiang-Kai-Chek left the mainland running to Taiwan
island in early 1950.

It was an important time for Vietminh after Red China gave
Vietminh the right to use the China borderland. Vietminh’s
politics had changed phase as Communist organizations of
China and Soviet by linkup their troops with the Red China
forces. Most Vietminh divisions had crossed the China border to
get training for techniques of warfare or hiding as the safest
places while French troops opened the large-scale operation.

Vietminh revived as Labor party in 1951 to attract the poor,
worker and National groups, but in the truth, it just renames only
to cover up their communism, and dirty actions.

Vietnamese people were strong support for Vietminh in the
countryside by they took Ho-Chi-Minh words and wanted to
sacrifice for the country as they had learned from the history.
They hated the cruel foreigner rules and looked at the disaster of
the villages by bombardment of French Air Force as broken
hearts, which killed their lives and made their living became the
hardship. In another hand, Vietminh got the support weapons
and financing from Soviet and China to face the French troops at
few ground position battles as Ba-Vi, Nam-Dinh and Ha-Dong
cities at 1951-1953.
