By the beautiful label “Struggle for the independence of
country” General Vo-Nguyen-Giap belief he could win General
Navarre on the first Indochina War by the strong support of
Vietnamese people. He drew his terrorist and guerrilla forces
constantly attacking the French Union firebases at night, held up
the principle forces to wait for the chance of the win spot time to
fight. Also, General Giap tried to hold down the French troops in
the spinner points, controlled the countryside by the terrorism at
night to get the supporter and tax to feed the troops.

The Vietnam war was continuing on the countryside
between the French Union and Vietminh troops. They made the
disaster for the villages, some cities, killed a lot the civilians and
claimed few thousand casualty soldiers of both sides for each
combat. It was as the fire that spread out to continue burning the
villages, pushed the people deep into the terror crisis, and
destroyed many more lives without reason.

Vietminh troops were spreading out on over the countryside
by the moving tactical for the scorched earth and guerrilla war.
They used snipers to hit the French troops and to run then
always mixed into the civilians for hiding. Sometimes they used
the civilians to be the shield on the battle, took the people's sea
tactical to occupy the hot point firebase if they had the
advantage positions. Vietminh threatened their enemies by the
harassment tactical of exploded and secrets killing the people at
night in the Hanoi and Saigon. Also, they tried to make the cycle
to close some small cities in the North, and at the same time, the
economy became the shortage crisis in the large cities by the
war.

Vietminh was growing larger area control in countryside
territory, developed the 4th Region of Thanh-Nghe-Tinh
(Thanh-Hoa, Nghe-An, and Ha-Tinh city) in central Vietnam,
where was the birthplace of Ho-Chi-Minh as the safety zone.
