multiple data centers and redundant network solutions, and customers can leverage this investment
through the HCS hosted/cloud model)

5. Customers that have grown and continue to grow by acquiring other companies, have
multiple communications platforms across the sites, and would like to move to a single,
corporate wide collaboration strategy.

6. Customers who are trying to focus as much of their internal efforts on strategic business
initiatives and projects that help them differentiate themselves from their competition.
