ABSTRAC
In this project became the business improvement applied to the Restaurant Bar La Carreta,
it became a complete and extensive business analysis, and identified the areas of
opportunity that has for the improvement of the place. We have implemented a reopening,
wich includes remodeling of exteriors and interiors, as well as maintenance to furniture
courses for the staff of sale. All this in order to increase sales, and give a better presentation
to regular and potential costumers.
