If GPS FOM is 4 or less on either INAV CTRL SOLN or GPS
STATUS page, press AUTONAV on the POWER UP page TAKEOFF
to command an IFA.

NORM ‡ An INS will not IFA with a GPS FOM greater than 4.

PRES/OXY
‡ If the CNI-SP recovers while a CNI-SP 2 IFA is in
progress, the GPS 1 sensor is deselected on the
INAV1 CTRL SENSORS 2/3 page and the IFA ENG/PROP
stops. To continue the IFA of INS 1, reselect GPS
1 on the INAV1 CTRL SENSORS 2/3 page. If
the IFA does not continue, or there are alignment FUEL
errors reinitiate IAW (KU)01-75GAJ-1.2.

DEGRADED NAV appears on the INS ALIGN
page to assure proper attitude determination.
SPEC NOT FOR FLIGHT ELEC
Once this occurs, the aircraft can be maneuvered
for a faster alignment until the degraded
navigation mode is completed.
HYD
‡ The IFA should be completed within 10 minutes.
If an IFA is performed on EGIs that do not have
cryptovariables loaded, the IFA could take as FLT CTRL
long as 20 minutes
