Upon initial boot-up, if the CNI-SPs fail to attain dual-mode operation AAR
or if CNI-MS-controlled equipment fails to establish communications,

NOTE
Certain boot-up anomalies may induce a processor HYD

radios. When such anomalies occur, the CNI-MUs may
revert uncommanded to the TIME OUT page or INDEX FLT CTRL
page, and fail to attain dualmode operation.
