Conclusion
Being creative and innovative is an essential trait for every PMM students. It must be accompanied by a
desire to innovate and needs the right atmosphere that encourages the participation of every citizens in
PMM. To foster innovative and creative culture, students should be exposed to information, knowledge
and a clear understanding of creativity and innovation. However, it needs support by the upper hierarchy
of the establishment in order to create innovative and creative culture that is conducive. Of course, many
barriers existed in the way of producing something creative and innovative. But we have to change in
order to embrace the culture of creativeness and innovativeness. Awareness towards innovating creative
idea or product should be embraced and appreciated. In todays world of uncertainties, innovation and
creativity are requirements in every job aspects. Thus, with the right innovative culture and creativeness,
it will boost students ability and drive to a successful future.
