       PROFILE:
       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
       This was the first technical project for 90% of the team members. The team was up
       against norming, forming, storming, performing, a tight deadline, and resource
       constraints. However, the team gelled quickly, put all of our competencies on the
       table, aligned on what was needed to accomplish the goals for the project and
       strategically moved full steam ahead to ensure we met the agreed upon launch
       date.


       The competencies demonstrated by the team members were: Doing What it Takes,
       Problem Solving, Sense Making, Customer Focus, Strategic Agility, Planning,
       Listening, Action Oriented, Approachability, Drive for Results, Conflict Management,
       Informing, Managerial Courage, Negotiating, Time Management Planning and
       Problem Solving
       ?
       By being able to launch on time, the team was able to fill a gap in the overall
       enterprise portfolio and deliver a product to the market that ensures enterprise
       financial growth and highlights why we are the category leaders.


       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
        Even though the team experienced resource issues and design challenges, we all
        pulled together to ensure there was no lag in the project timeline. Everyone was
        willing to jump in and help where needed even if it meant extra work for someone
        else. We all listened, took note of what needed to be done, followed through on the
        tasks and launched a superior product that we are proud of.

       What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
        Team launched GOJO's first, 6 fully customizable (3 white/3 graphite), attractive
        stands that meet PURELL EDL Design principles, on time with the PURELL BLUE
        National Launch.
