What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The team was able to meet the Mandate timing of June 1, 2017; while achieving a
cost savings. In addition to removing the micro-beads, the team also focused on
removing ingredients of concern and developing a product that was more
sustainable; by achieving USDA BioProferred and EcoLogo certifications.
