There are procedures in place at the directorate for printing of material. The graphics
section will be in a position to advice customers whether publications/material can be
printed in-house, externally, or placed online. There are different time-line requirements
for advertisements, booklets, programmes, posters, etc. The directorate handles from
business cards, letterheads, invites and programmes through to banners, posters and
booklets of various sizes. The directorate also assist and guide staff and students on
corporate and promotional material required for official functions, events, etc.
To cater for the ‘new normal’ with physical print limitations of publications, the directorate
has now created a FlipBuilder Online/Cloud platform, for customers to showcase their
publications online, with a neat flipbook concept. Wider audiences can thus be reached
through this medium, with a simple link that belongs to you, our customer. See below:
Public Relations (media relations)
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) should always be contacted where media is involved.
The press is handled and supported by the directorate. All events (official and otherwise)
should be covered by media through the PRO involvement. Email Link
A Photographer from the directorate should always be invited to all official events. Other
events can also be covered by photographer on request. Email Link
