Events Management
The directorate has an Events &
Advertising Coordinator who is
responsible for all official events
of the institution. The events office
should always be contacted for
such. For all other functions and
events, the Events & Advertising
Coordinator plays a supporting role
on request by campuses, faculties,
directorates and units.
Advertising
The directorate through the Events & Advertising Coordinator is
responsible for all university advertisements, whether it is general
or corporate. All stakeholders in need of publicity, promotion
or marketing should get in touch with the Events & Advertising
Coordinator for advertisements. Advertising of a different nature,
e.g. banners, posters and billboards should go through the Assistant
Director: Creative for discussion and approval.
Websites, Intranet and Social Media
The directorate is responsible for website content and general
management. Kindly contact the Webmaster for assistance and
support with your section or unit content.
The Marketing Officer is also responsible for social media platforms
and communication management on such. The directorate in
cooperation with ICT is also responsible for some of the intranet
content and styling.
