memorandum, report, inquiry, or investigation conducted by the Company

4.21 Gambling, placing or collecting bets or lottery or participating in any game of C
chance, during official working hours, or within Company premises

4.22 Entering Company premises in drunken condition or drinking liquor or
intoxicating beverages within Company premises or job site C

4.23 Unauthorized entry into restricted area or areas off limits to the employees
concerned and/or unauthorized use of such places; also assisting another C

injuries sustained at work or in cases of accidents involving Company
