features derived to describe those who are cured and those who are not.
Descriptive research design was used. A simple statistical tool like frequency and
percentage was used. Based on the data gathered, the following are the findings of the study:
             1) Majority of the respondents were cured clients, with an age bracket of 41-50 years old, males

They graduated taking their anti TB medications without fail. The uncured still manifested the
signs of the disease although most of them were asymptomatic; they are capable of transmitting
the disease, carrier of the tubercle bacilli and had a negative attitude toward treatment. The
treatment failed because they did not complete the prescribed regimen.

The respondents submitted for diagnostics and had completed the short course chemotherapy
without fail which contributed to their being healed with TB. Whereas, those uncured failed to
finish their treatment which led them manifesting the signs of TB and still have the disease.
The respondents lived a normal life, they owned their houses, had adequate water

the uncured were not serious in taking their medications and diagnostic evaluations which led to
             the failure of treatment.
