innovations across their profile variables is accepted at .05 level of significance, whereby the
null hypothesis is accepted; 4.) There is no significant relationship between the level of school
managers’ compliance to educational innovations and their profile variables. The profile variables
mentioned do not considerably improve or change the level of their compliance to educational
reforms, thus their level of compliance is not affected; 5.) The problems encountered “slightly
serious” by the school manager-respondents are the same problems encountered by any school
official in performing his tasks; 6.) The intervention practices used by the school managers’
compliance to educational innovations are being used by any DepED employees encountering
problems.
Based on the findings and conclusions drawn, the following recommendations are hereby
presented: 1) All concerned school managers, must be encouraged to finish their masteral and
doctoral degrees to upgrade their professional growth; 2) The school managers should always
soar high for excellent performance especially in compliance to educational innovations by being
transformative and innovative; 3)There should be more appropriate and relevant variables to be
explored to better determine the school managers compliance to educational innovations along
the different areas; 4) Further research may be conducted to determine the school managers’
compliance to educational innovations from another perspective; 5) The school managers should
maintain very extensive level of compliance to educational innovations at all times, even though
their profiles vary.
