11.  Now design your masterpiece. Place a little rocket, sliced tomato and onion onto the

                   base of the burger bun. Top with a grilled burger patty, followed by a few slices of
                   cheddar cheese, a grilled mushroom and two rashers of streaky bacon.
              12.  Close with the other half of the burger bun and devour immediately.


             For the thyme butter

               1.  Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the picked thyme leaves.
               2.  Season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
