             Grilled lamb kebabs with merguez, chickpea and herb salad
             and harissa dressing


             Serves 6 | Preparation time: 60 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients




             For the lamb kebabs and merguez

             1.2kg lamb rump or leg, cut into 2cm cubes
             Salt and freshly ground pepper
             600g merguez (spicy lamb sausage)


             For the chickpea and herb salad


             2 tins (400g each) chickpeas
             Juice of 1 lemon
             1 Tbsp (15ml) olive oil
             Salt and freshly ground pepper
             2 garlic cloves, crushed
             1 green chilli, chopped
             1 red onion, thinly sliced
