MMR offers a reward and recognition WELLBEING & SOCIAL
scheme based on employee nominations.
There are three main categories of
recognition: Individual, Team and COMMITTEE
Business Development. Each month,
based on the nomination, the GMT will
award RMB 500 to 6 successful nominees Each office location has a Wellbeing
within the Individual category, RMB 1000
to the successful team within the Team & Social committee. This committee
category and RMB 500 to the individual organise regular wellbeing events
who demonstrated outstanding business and activities throughout the year,
development skills, within the Business from providing fresh fruit to hosting
Development category. full blown parties and plenty more!
We’re constantly on the look out for the best candidates in the REFERRAL
marketplace. Should you refer a friend or family member who is
successful in their application and completes their probation period,
Associate Director level and above, or RMB 8,500 for more junior roles. SCHEME
you may be eligible to receive a finder’s fee of RMB 17,000 for
