BENEFITS FOR


                                                    FOREIGN EMPLOYEES



     MATERNITY & PATERNITY


     LEAVE


     MMR offers its non-Chinese employees the same
     level of benefit for maternity and paternity
     leaves, to match the statutory provision for
     Chinese employees.


                                    Maternity leave: 128 days (+15 days if difficult labour)
                                                       on full salary


                                    Paternity leave:  10 consecutive working days
                                                       on full salary





   Our Non-Chinese employees will be enrolled into our International   INTERNATIONAL
         Healthcare Insurance that provides a comprehensive level of
    cover, details of which will be provided to the employee on their   HEALTHCARE
                                                         first day.
                                                                     INSURANCE
      The scheme is currently with Aviva and provides expert medical
                   advice and support, 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year.

                                                                Non-Chinese employees can contribute
                                                                      towards their Living and Housing
