MEDICAL INSURANCE
Out-patient & In-Patient Treatment – Full Refund of the individual
part that falls within Urban MMI, with no ceiling – includes 30 critical
illnesses
Maternity-related medical expenses - Full refund for exceeding
social insurance coverage amount with no ceiling
The minimum recuperation period for employees in Shanghai is 3 MEDICAL
months plus one month for every year of service with MMR, from
the 2 nd year onwards, with a maximum of 24 months. MMR will pay TREATMENT
a % of your salary – higher for the first six months of recuperation,
between 60% and 100% depending on length of service; and lower LEAVE
for subsequent months, between 40% and 60%.
