More specific examples to think about

If you’re a yoga instructor you can reach out to local bars with a pa�o and offer a free yoga and wine
class to women every Sunday morning. Bars are normally slow on Sunday mornings so offering to bring
women in early allows them to sell more wine on a normally slow day and gives women a fun Sunday
morning with their friends and excuse to drink wine.

Remind them that you don’t want any money just ask that if people post on Instagram to tag you. If you
can run group fitness classes reach out to business’s and offer a month free program to all employees.

Offer to train a group of employs at the office or local area 3 �mes a week in large group se�ng. If they
have on-site gym train there and use their equipment if not buy whatever you need and bring it with
you. Offer to run the program for however long in turn to either be hired or simply ask them to tag you
in any post they make about the workout.
