               •  Skill coordinating and maintaining institutional and organizational data and information,
                  including overseeing and working closely with communications professionals to effectively
                  and impactfully disseminate data;
               •  Extensive experience reviewing, analyzing and evaluating legislation, regulations, guidelines
                  and other legal holdings affecting institutional operations and appropriately advising councils,
                  commissions, boards and department directors accordingly;
               •  Success at raising funds by developing and implementing organizational and strategic
                  communication plans that incorporate clear definition of goals, target audiences, and strategies
                  in line with institutional goals;
               •  Knowledge, accountability and comprehension skills to formulate budgetary planning and
                  prioritization of projects, programs and activities, using sound judgment while meeting
                  organizational goals;

                  model;
               •  Proven understanding of the philosophy of quality service with an aptitude for working as the
                  leader of a team, and successful experience working within a large, highly complex
                  organization;
               •  Advanced executive experience managing complex, multifaceted and growing organizations,
                  with complete oversight responsibility of financial, marketing, boards, administrative, and
                  programmatic activities;
               •  Proven program management experience, including resource administration, strategic planning,
                  recruitment of staff and volunteers, and performance management;
               •  Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, supervising, evaluating and disciplining staff;
               •  Proven experience in effectively advising, motivating, and communicating with community
                  members and staff; and
               •  Proven ability to coordinate and encourage interaction with diverse populations, including the
                  ability to establish professional working relationships and interact effectively with diverse
                  groups having competing interests and priorities within departments, districts and greater
                  service communities.

               credentials, attitudes and an experience profile, including:

                •  An earned doctorate from the University of California, San Diego, an earned Master of
                    Science degree from the University of Southern California, an earned Master of International
                    Affairs degree from Columbia University in the City of New York’s School of International
                    and Public Affairs, an earned Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa
                    Barbara, an earned Associate of Arts degree from a California Community College, and an
                    earned Certificate in Fund Raising with a Specialization in Institutional Development from
                    the University of California, Los Angeles;
                •  Successful experience in institutional effectiveness programming, leadership, organization,
                    planning, staffing, evaluation, finance, accounting, budget development and management, and
                    service area outcomes design;
                •  Expanding funding and program opportunities through acquisition and management of local,
