The Fourth Step: Stitches - Most minor cuts or scrapes heal on their
own with proper care but there are some wounds that are so deep that

they require stitches. The words and actions that hurt us require the hand
of a skilled person with the correct tools to mend and hold the place of

wounding together that has been cleansed and purified that it may heal
from the inside out. Each suture brings a closure to let nothing in and

nothing out. Where you have tried to heal yourself, or tried others for
relief in what only God can do, let His love be the tool. Let stitches

given through the word of God help you to be made whole.

Luke 18:27 New King James Version (NKJV) But He said, “The things which are impossible with
men are possible with God.”

Prayer- My prayer for you in this process is for you to be still and let God do the work. Lay
down the self-protection and self-sufficiency. I pray that you let the Holy Spirit come and reveal
the word of God to you, that each word spoken is a stitch that lets you be protected and shielded
as you heal. As you hear and receive the truth of Gods words you are reminded it is in Him that
your wholeness will come.
