    OUR ONGOING ENDEAVOR TO HIRE THE BEST AND BRIGHTEST


    Recruiting top talent from leading nursing and physician assistant programs remains a cornerstone of
    our strategy at University of Michigan Health. We prioritize recruitment from schools with excellent
    BSN programs and consistently high NCLEX pass rates, ensuring our workforce is prepared for clinical
    excellence.


    FY25 Highlights:
         Campus Engagement: Recruiters attended in-person events at seven universities, including
         career fairs and innovative “meet and greet” sessions tailored for senior nursing students. These
         events offer valuable opportunities for students to interact with UM Health recruiters, learn about
         the hiring process, and ask questions in an informal setting.
         Michigan Nursing Student Association Event: Participation in this statewide gathering allowed
         us to reach students from across Michigan and enhance our presence among future nursing
         professionals.
         Support for U-M School of Nursing: Recruiters contributed to resume and interview workshops,
         equipping students with essential skills for the job search and professional success.

    Our continued outreach and support ensure that University of Michigan Health remains a top choice
    for new graduates ready to make an impact in patient care.
