OUR NURSING WORKFORCE CONTINUES TO STRENGTHEN
Data-driven recruitment is a strategic goal of Nurse Recruitment & Retention (NRR) every year, recognizing that accurate and
timely data is crucial for effective hiring and staffing decisions at the unit level.

Through a strong partnership with HRDS, NRR leverages numerous nursing reports and maintains easy access to data warehouse
figures, allowing us to respond quickly to frequent data inquiries throughout the year.
