NATIONAL AND REGIONAL EVENTS KEEP US CONNECTED!

RECRUITMENT TEAM EXPANDS OUTREACH TO ENGAGE TOP NURSING TALENT
In FY25, the nurse recruitment team at University of Michigan Health actively participated in a robust series of
national and regional events aimed at connecting with exceptional nurses and Advanced Practice
Professionals across the country.
REGIONAL National Events:

RECRUITMENT EVENTS Recruiters attended five major national
conferences, including NAPNAP, ANCC
Magnet, AAPA, AORN, and AONL. These
conferences provided valuable opportunities
to showcase UM Health's career opportunities
and organizational culture to a broad
audience.

Regional Events:
MAPA Conference Survival Flight The team also engaged with prospective
Traverse City Conference candidates at ten regional events such as
MiCNP Frankenmuth MAPA, MENA, Survival Flight, Pediatric
Conference Conference, Critical Care Symposium, ACMA,
Grand Rapids MENA ACMA CVC Symposium, MICNP, Neuro ICU
Conference, and the Leadership Conference.
