Detailed Component Descriptions

The MedPlus TotalAlert™ Alarm Network can consist of the following:
Master Alarm, Area Alarm, Local Alarm, Area Alarm Network
Communications Board, and gas-specific transducers that include the
appropriate DISS, gas-specific, demand valves.

Master Alarm

The Master Alarm continuously monitors up to 60 input signals from source
equipment by using dry contact switches (see figure 1-13 on page 1-23). The
monitored signals are supervised for open-circuit conditions.

NOTE:
The available 60-Point Master Alarm is two 30-Point Master Alarms mounted
in one housing.
