Configuring the Area Alarm by Using the Front Panel

Tools required: 5/32" hex wrench

Entering the Area Alarm’s Configuration Mode

To enter the configuration mode, do the following:

1. Using a 5/32" hex wrench, unlock the front panel (DO) (see figure 1-56 on
page 1-115).

2. Open the front panel (DO).

3. Locate the Network Communications Board (DP) or the Connector P.C.
Board (not shown) that is located on the back of the front panel (DO).

NOTE:
The Connector P.C. Board does not have LEDs on it.
