Multiple intelligences:
This theory differentiates human intelligence into specific modalities, rather than seeing
intelligence as dominated by a single general ability. This means that an ideal teacher
needs to use various resources to enhance effective teaching and learner and to ensure
that all learners are learning. A teacher can use pictures, videos, music, movement,
numbers, voice, emotions, and natural resources. An ideal teacher should also be
flexible in using the resources at hand to create the best learning experience for the
learners.
Safe environment:
A safe learning environment is one that allows learners to be openly expressive (in a
way that will not make others feel bad) and encouraging to others. A learning
environment that has rules to follow. Practice useful failure and turn mistakes into
learning opportunities. Has access for the teacher to move around and interact with the
learners and create connection. Keeping the classroom clean and organized. There
should be a safe atmosphere that allows for free participation in activities. An ideal
teacher needs to at least have this checklist to check whether if their classroom is a
safe learning environment
