Feedback is one of the most important components of learning, if feedback is constantly
provided to learners, it cultivates them into deep learners since they become aware of
their academic progress. It appears that good feedback has a good impact or influence
on the process of teaching and learning, it is therefore crucial for the school to be
equipped with educators who will constantly provide learners with accurate and
meaningful feedback, regardless of whether it is formal or informal feedback.

Feedback does not only help learners to be aware of the academic position/progress,
but also serves as an intrinsic motivation to learning so that the learners can do even
better in their studies.

The 21 century requires more digital technology and computer literate educators that

can take advantage of the coming 4 industrial revolution to ensure learners keep up
with the technological advances in the modern day. We as student teachers were able
to incorporate technology in our lessons and hopefully inspire existing educators to do
the same. The use of both traditional methods and modern technological teaching aids
gives the teachers the autonomy to choose which method suits their class context best.
The schools in society require educators that have the ability to promote skills that are

needed in the 21 century and in-service teacher training is a must to ensure that

learners are academically empowered for the 21 century.
