Team work:

Team work is necessary between learners and between learners and the teacher. This
can also be among parents and teachers. Teamwork between members in the same
area of teaching is also vita to personal growth and development. Team work in the
classroom teaches learners the fundamental skills associated with working as a
collective unit toward a common goal. Learners can share their skills and knowledge.
Learners are also able to learn the importance of communication, compromise and
collective effort. An ideal teacher encourages learners to work as a team and he or she
also guides the learners on what to do on the task at hand.

Exercising:

Exercising increases your energy level. Through exercising learners get an opportunity
to socialize with each other. Exercising is good for your mind, body and soul. An ideal
teacher encourages learners to exercise so that they can live a healthy lifestyle and be
active in class. An ideal teacher also recognizes potential and talent and helps learners
enhance their talents by encouraging participation in school sports and activities.
