RESOLUTION BY THE PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND
STORM & WASTEWATER COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING ENTERING INTO A SNOW

REMOVAL CONTRACT WITH SRI, LLC FOR THE STURTEVANT DEPOT

WHEREAS, the Village of Sturtevant has solicited proposals for snow removal work at
the Sturtevant Depot for a contract beginning in the winter of 2018 and has received one
proposal;

WHEREAS, the proposal have been evaluated by the Public Works & Capital
Improvements and Storm & Wastewater Committee and the proposal of SRI, LLC. is deemed
to be in the best interest of the Village and is being presented to the Board of Trustees;

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin does hereby resolve that the execution of a one year contract, with the option to
extend through the year 2020, based on performance, with the following vendor for services
at the Sturtevant Depot is authorized and approved subject to final review and approval by
the Village Administrator:

1. SRI, LLC. for snow removal at a cost of $15,000/year.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant,
Racine County, Wisconsin that any necessary funds for the snow removal contracts are to
be taken from account # 210-52300-290 and that the Village President and the Village Clerk
are authorized to execute any contracts or other documents necessary to carry out the intent
of this resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 18th day of September, 2018.
