Approaching the end of home and away season Parkside continued with a great form.

“Dynamic utility Dennis Ryan kicked five goals as Parkside easily accounted for St Albans. Rover
Frank Zoccali, the 1995 Priest Medallist, also starred.

Regardless of an unfortunate chain of events, Parkside finished the 1999 season as Minor Premiers.

Parkside finished their season in style, beating Seddon-Yarraville by 82 points.

“Parkside is the raging hot favourite to win thee FDFL first division premiership.

The high-flying Magpies have hardly put a foot wrong under first-year playing coach Phil O'Keeffe.

The minor premiers reserve top billing — but O’Keeffe said they didn't see it that way.

"This is not unusual for Parkside to finish in the top three and bail out quickly," he said.
