feel that they know each other better
and have more in common. This does
carry into the workplace, though it is
often squashed by a manager who does
not understand the importance of team
play. Also, the "high" from a team-
building program last for a week or two,
but then gradually fades unless
reinforced by the manager on a regular
basis.”
