4.2.2. What is the eLearning culture of my organisation?
Research into my organisational culture from an eLearning perspective during the study
revealed insights into deficits in the management of the implementation of the
McCullick Report’s recommendation to utilise eLearning as a delivery mechanism in
the GAA Coach Education Programme. The initiative was taken to launch an eLearning
Portal in 2013 (Fig 4.1), and an openness to change was demonstrated in the
organisation of a series of blended Foundation Award Coaching Courses, which also
utilised video of real practitioners (Fig 4.2).
